Sharon Eichelberger Obituary
Born June 9, 1937 in Weston, W. Va., she had been a Vermilion resident for the past 49 years moving from South Amherst.
Sharon was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Vermilion, the Golden Agers, and a social member of Amvets Post #22. She enjoyed reading, cross stitch, and especially enjoyed being a grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, William Eichelberger; sons, Kevin (Marcia) Eichelberger of Vermilion and Bill Eichelberger of Broadview Heights; daughters, Lisa (Mark) Willgrube of Berlin Heights and Mary (Larry) Pisano of Huron; grandchildren: Colleen, Mary (Heath), Matt, Joshua (Angela), Christopher, Tony (Shannon), Graham, and Lawrence; great-grandchildren: Kayleigh, Paige, Noah, Caden, Jacob, and Hannah; brothers, Jack (Fran) Hevener of Wellington and Mark (Sandy) Hevener of Berlin Heights; sisters, Barb (Bob) Berry of Vermilion, Ruth (Roy) DeVee of Williams, OR, and Sue (Jerry) Camera of Vermilion.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert and Mary (nee Eisenman) Hevener; brother, Hubert (Marge) Hevener; sister, Clara Jean (Bill) Devers; grandchildren, Sharon Eichelberger, Julie Willgrube, and unborn great grandson, John.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, June 4, 2011 at 1 pm at St. Mary Catholic Church 731 Exchange St. Vermilion, OH. The Reverend Father Ron Brickner will officiate. Burial will take place at Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst at a later date.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the St. Mary School Endowment Fund 731 Exchange Street Vermilion, OH 44089
