Steve Daniels Obituary

Steve Daniels was born December 24, 1937 in Greenwich, Ohio and died peacefully at his home in Lake Havasu, Arizona on November 1, 2011 at the age of 73.
Steve married his high school sweetheart Carol (Kalosky) and they celebrated 55 years together. He served in the Ohio National Guard, and was a sheet metal worker for decades before moving to West Yellowstone, Montana to open a restaurant. In Montana, he served on City Council and helped to bring paved roads, sewer system and sidewalks to the town. Steve and Carol always shared a sense of adventure, taking their camper and going to Alaska on the Al-Can highway with their young children, boating in the San Juan Islands and Lake Powell, duck hunting and camping all over the West. After retirement they moved to LaConner Washington and finally settled in Lake Havasu, Arizona.
Steve was the ultimate woodworker and handyman. He could absolutely build or fix anything, taking pride in the beautiful outdoor furniture he built for his daughter Nancy.
He is survived by his wife Carol, his daughter Nancy Hubert, son Jeff Daniels, granddaughters Hana Hull and Dani Hull and was preceded in death by daughter Judy.
He loved his black Lab Emma who was his constant companion.
Steve was a quiet mannered man who would help anyone who needed him. We will always have beautiful memories of him.
He will be greatly missed
