Wilbur Jenison Obituary

Wilbur Ray Jenison, age 70 of DeLand Fl, formerly of Vestaburg, Mi. passed away Sunday October 31, 2010.
Memorial Services will be Sunday, November 7th, 2010, at The Seville Church of God at 3:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to Mary Jenison to help with funeral costs.
Wilbur was born February 28, 1940 in Laingsburg Mi. to Willard and Beulah (Welch) Jenison. He married Mary Rogers May 23, 1959 in Vestaburg Mi. Wilbur served in the air force and was honorably discharged in August 1961. He then worked in construction for the next 35 years. Wilbur's favorite past time was spending time with his family. He loved gardening and spent many hours in his flower and vegetable gardens.
Wilbur is survived by his wife; Mary M Jenison, his children; Theresa (Rodney) Williams, Kim (Alan) Gilbert, Randy Jenison, Kelly (Carl) Eyer and Shawn (Yuko) Jenison, 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He is also survived by one brother; Billy (Judy) Jenison, 2 sisters; Julie (Jim) Kress and Margaret Mortensen and three sister in laws; Jenny, Jean and Angie Jenison, many nieces and nephews.
Wilbur was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers; Leslie, Leroy and Charlie.
He was a great husband, father, grandfather, role model and a great man. He will be missed by all.
