Only now learning of Gary's death in 2020. Was very sad to hear that he has left us. He, Terri and family had a major impact on my life when I was working for Boeing in the late 1980's in Cork Ireland and he was VP of Boeing Computer Services at a key time for the company when we were implementing a new system to enable 100% digital design, outcome being 777. For me what I remember from work was his enthusiasm, positive outlook and his active engagement as a boss in work, irrelevant of how far down the hierarchy you were, he took time to listen, always challenging and yet supportive. And from a personal side, his welcoming me to his family and sharing wonderful times in Seattle and most so the amazing weekends and time out in Whidby Island. I so remember those times shared with he, Terri and Jessica, whether on the boat on Saturday, Mass on a Sunday morning and lunch out after or sitting around on the couches chatting away sharing time in the best of ways. Was very glad that on one of his trips to Ireland I was able to return the favour and bring him around Ireland. Highlight I believe for him was in Kilkenny where my uncle was Mayor at the time. Gary got to both wear the chain of office and to read and touch the charter document where Kilkenny was pronounced as a city in 1609. Many special times shared with a beautiful man. Thank you Gary and Terri and Jessica. May you rest in peace with the angels Gary.

Gary (and family), so sorry to hear of your passing. I know your family will miss you. Sorry I didn't keep in closer contact with you through the years. I know you are in a much better place now. Had it not been for you I would never had met my wife Carolyn (of 54 years today). Lots of fond memories. You are the only one I know who could drive us from Wichita to Pittsburg in 2 hours (on the old original highway)! My love and prayers to your family.
