Matilda Caresio Obituary
Matilda was born March 13, 1912 in #9 Camp, Kansas to Aloiz and Ella (Sigler) Kokel. Matilda went to Cherokee Schools and later married Giuseppe "Joe" Caresio in 1930 in Cherokee, KS; he preceded her in death in April of 1974. Matilda was mostly a homemaker but later in life worked as an Assembly Worker for North American Airlines.
Survivors include children Betty Jo Crunk of Milpitas, CA; 4 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Matilda was preceded in death by her husband, parents, son John Louis Caresio and 2 grandkids.
Funeral Services will be 10:00am Saturday November 18, 2017 at the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home in Weir, KS with Fr. Jeremy Husier officiating. Burial will follow at the St. Bridget's Cemetery in Scammon, KS.
Condolences may be left at www.bathnaylor.com. Arrangements and services are under the direction of Bath-Naylor Funeral Home of Weir, KS.
