Bill Marvin Rasmussen, 81, from Morris, Illinois, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2022 at Mercy Hospital in Janesville, Wisconsin. He will be deeply missed by his loving family who had the blessed privilege to care for him throughout his courageous and hard-fought battle with dementia.
