Maggie was born on September 5, 1990, to Rusty and Tammie (Block) Simons. She grew up in Pierz, MN with her sister, Rachel where she attended school and graduated with the Class of 2009. On March 5, 2011, she was united in marriage to Patrick Spychalla at St. Rita's Catholic Church in Hillman, MN. Together, they built a beautiful life centered around their greatest joy, raising their five children. Maggie held various jobs over the years, but the role she cherished most was being a devoted mother and wife. Her family was her world, and she poured her heart and soul into every moment with them. She had a gift for caring, whether for people, children, or even her beloved flowers. Her creative spirit was expressed through art, thoughtful planning, and the stunning cakes she designed and decorated with unmatched skill and love. She could have competed at the highest level with her cake creations. Maggie was the ultimate organizer and trip planner, always bringing people together and making lasting memories. She was deeply thoughtful, constantly putting others ahead of herself, and she never let a moment pass without capturing it, serving as the family's unofficial photographer. She lived life on her terms, joyfully, generously, and fully. Maggie's light, creativity, and selfless love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Maggie is survived by husband, Patrick Spychalla of Pierz, MN; children, Carson Faulkner-Spychalla (Godson), Oakley Spychalla, Septembur Spychalla, HarviRose Spychalla, and Hendrix Spychalla; parents, Rusty and Tammi Simons of Pierz, MN; sister, Rachel (Alex) Mushel of Sartell, MN; grandparents, Harvey and Terry Block of Hillman, MN and Marjorie Davis; mother and father-in-law, Dan and Rosemary Spychalla; brother-in-law, Steven (Celena) Spychalla; sister-in-law, Margaret (Derrick) Nelson; Godchild, Ivy Mushel and nephew, Ryley Nelson; and many aunts, uncles, and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by grandfather, Harry Simons, Jr. and brothers-in-law, Peter and Joshua Spychalla.
