Bart P. Giaconia ROCHESTER - Bart Giaconia passed away peacefully on Sept. 22, 2019, at the age of 87, with his family by his side at Highland Hospital. Bart was predeceased by his wife, Nancy; son, Christopher; parents, Bartolo and Mary; brothers, Jack (Billie) and Jim (Frances); and sisters, Mary (Victor) Campanelli and Sally (Alfred) Risch. He is survived by his children, Mark (Mary Ann), Timothy (Narda), Michael (Lisa) Mary (Jon) Willis, Andrew (Robin), Paul (Susan), Matthew (Deborah) and Meg (Ben Custer); big brother, Joseph (Loretta) Giaconia; grandchildren, Ryan (Liz), Brett (Diana), Diella (Justin) Van Dyk, Alex, Gabriella, Michael, Stephen, Hailey, Nicholas, Zachary, Timothy, Madelyn, Abigail, Allison, Jack, Elana, Aaron, Nicholas, Claire, Erika and Lola; step-grandchildren, Tanya and Rocco; great-grandchildren, Carson, Jack, Beckett, Nina and Cadence; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, September 27, at Fuller Funeral Home, 190 Buffalo St, Canandaigua. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, September 28, at 1 p.m. at St. Dominic Church, 97 W. Main St., Shortsville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Bart's memory or the Leukemia Society in memory of his son Christopher.
