Beverly Ann Stout, born on April 11, 1936, in Sheridan, Arkansas, passed away on December 23, 2025, at the age of 89. Beverly was a resident of Midland, Texas.
Beverly graduated from Pasadena High School and went on to work at the Winkler County Courthouse in Kermit, where she held various administrative positions.
She met John Wayne Stout Sr, affectionately known as "Johnny" in Pasadena, Texas, and they were later married.
Beverly enjoyed reading, playing Bridge and Scrabble, and spending time with her family. Her community involvement included volunteer work as a "Pink Lady" and being a long-time member of the First Christian Church in Kermit, Texas.
She will be missed and remembered fondly, especially for her catchphrase of "we'll see."
Beverly is survived by her sons, Russell Stout and wife Linda of Marble Falls and Don Stout and wife Melinda of Midland; daughter, Diann Aaron and husband Ray of Midland; brother, Donald Adams and wife Patty of Conroe; sister, Martha O'Neal of Indian Springs, Alabama; grandchildren, Lexie Gunder and husband Adrian, Cole Stout and wife Ashley, Trent Stout, Samantha Stout, Emory Stout, Briley Stout, Bailey Smith and husband Tim, and Molly Roberts; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, John W. Stout, Sr.; son, John W. Stout, Jr.; parents, Walter E. and Zella Mae Adams; and sister, Joy L. Jones.
A graveside service will be held at Resthaven Memorial Park North, located at 6510 TX-349, Midland, on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at 1:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Beverly's memory to the ASPCA.
