Fannette Vinson, 80 years, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2013 in Odessa, Texas. She was born to Marcus and Marie Dingler on May 30, 1933 in Smith CO, Texas. Left to cherish her memories are her sons; David Mark Vinson and Clifford Don (Brenda) Vinson, daughter; Karen Kay (Rick) Darancou, brother; Bill (Sonnye) Dingler, Sandra (Jack) Haley, Frankie Vinson, grandchildren; Erin Reed, Brandon Darancou and Jason Darancou, 4 great grandchildren. Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland. Online condolences may be made at www.npwelch.com

We wish to extend to the family of Fannette Vinson, our sincere sympathy at this difficult time. Though we did not know Ms. Vinson, we cherish her lovely granddaughter, Erin. She has expressed to us her deep love and respect for Fannette Vinson and we are grateful to this woman who had and will continue to have a positive, nurturing influence in Erin's life. Grandmothers are precious. She will be missed.

I am beyond proud to have been able to call this woman my Granny Fanny. She was, hands down, the best grandmother. I have so many wonderful memories of adventures we had and I will always miss her.
