Genaro Rodriguez Obituary

Genaro Rodriguez, age 31, passed away on Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at a Lubbock hospital. He was born in Mexico on January 19, 1979 to Austreberta Rodriguez and the late Benigno Rodriguez. Genaro was raised and educated in Mexico. He was a loving husband and father to his wife and three sons. Genaro had a passion for raising, riding and racing horses. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Genaro was preceded in death by his father, Benigno Rodriguez. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Gomez-Rodriguez and their three sons, Rolando Rodriguez, Edgar Rodriguez and Jonathan Rodriguez all of Greenwood; his mother, Austreberta Rodriguez of Chicago, IL; ten brothers and sisters; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. A funeral service will be held today at 10:00am at St. Stephens Catholic Church with father Gilberto Rodriguez officiating. Interment will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens. Funeral services are under the direction of Heavenly Gate Funeral Home. Family messages and condolences may be emailed to: [email protected].
