On Saturday, April 24, 2021, Jeff Sunderlin, loving husband and father of two adult children, passed away at the age of 54 in Midland, TX. Jeff was born on March 27, 1967 in Newaygo, Michigan to Jack and Janice Sunderlin. He received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University in Lombard, Illinois in 1988, and has worked across various levels of leadership roles for corporations, such as his most recent role as Senior Director of Cerner Corporation in Odessa, Texas. On June 3, 1989, Jeff married the love of his life Laura Sunderlin. They raised two amazing children, Preston and Kaleigh. Jeff had a passion for the outdoors, and would partake in hunting, fishing, archery, and many other outdoor sports. He enjoyed spending time with his family, traveling, and he was an active member of his church. Jeff loved deeply and was known for his calming presence, compassionate spirit, and his servant's heart. Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Jack. He is survived by his wife Laura, son Preston, daughter Kaleigh, mother Janice, sister Joyce, and brother-in-law Norm Kuberski. A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 30, 2021 at Fairmont Park Church of Christ in Midland, TX at 4 o'clock p.m. A graveside service will also be held on Sunday, May 2, 2021 at Highland Cemetery in Melissa, TX at 2 o'clock p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations for Jeff may be made to help fund late-stage Lyme Disease treatments for his daughter Kaleigh Sunderlin.
