Liza Velasquez Vasquez, age 49, of Midland, TX went to be with the Lord April 25, 2024. She was born February 7, 1975 in Odessa, TX to the late Vicente Velasquez Jr. and Lasara Gonzalez Velasquez.
Liza loved many simple pleasures in life, getting her nails done, dressing up, doing her makeup, getting her hair done, watching her shows; 90 Day Fiancé, Catfish, Live PD, and Family Guy, catching a movie with the family, and taking a cruise at night with her husband Francisco. She loved to send Francisco on little missions to go pick her up a Red Flash with ice and he was always happy to. She loved her dogs Rosie and Ratatouille who were so spoiled by her, she would hand feed them their dinner.
Left to cherish her memories are her loving husband Francisco Vasquez Jr. of Midland,TX, daughter Sara Ortega of Midland, TX, sons Sereldo Ortega of Seminole, TX, Francisco Angel Velasquez Vasquez III of Midland, TX, Kevin Ortega of Seminole, TX, sister Maria Velasquez of Hobbs, NM, brothers; Miguel Alvidrez of Seminole, TX, Vicente Velasquez III of Seminole, TX Thomas Velasquez of Hobbs, NM, Daniel Velasquez of Hobbs, NM and grandchildren; Albion Ortega Bahtijari and Precious Rosa Ortega.
She is preceded in death by her parents as well as her daughter Angelica Velasquez.
Cremation services have been arranged. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
