Mrs. Goode was my biology teacher in high school and my all-time best teacher. She was always upbeat and happy. My family was in crisis so being in her class and around her made my day better. Mrs. Goode stood in the hallway between classes and stopped any teenage misbehavior. I'm glad Mrs. Goode lived a long and fulfilling life. I'm saddened to see that she lost her boys before her death. Enjoy heaven Mrs. Goode.

"Mamma Goode" as she had us call her, was my sophomore biology teacher at Lee 71-72. A delightful person/teacher. She passed me with a "C" when she should have flunked me with an "F."
Mamma Goode lead a very exceptional life because she was a very exceptional woman!

I've had the honor and pleasure of knowing Louise for many years. I have the highest regard for her, and will remember her always, primarily, but not limited to, our activities in support of Hospice of Midland. She was as special as the obituary claims. None other like Louise Goode. susie mauldin

Louise was one of my patients at the Optical Shoppe. I loved her dearly, and kept her glasses in working order so she could read her Bible and teach at the jail. I know she will be missed by me and many others.
