Maxine Kirkpatrick Obituary
She was born Oct. 25, 1922 to LeRoy and Anna Jane Wheeler in Elwood, Neb. She moved to Artesia in 1952 from Nebraska. She was a homemaker and member of First Christian Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.
Survivors include sons, Rodney Kirkpatrick of Lubbock and Russell Kirkpatrick of Los Lunas, N.M.; daughters, Sue Harwell of Las Cruces, N.M., Ynona Gross of Andrews, and Patricia Thames of Lubbock; sister, Delores Smaldone of Lakewood, Colo.; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Services are under the direction of Terpening & Son Mortuary. Online condolences may be made at www.artesiafunerals.com.
