Melinda Franks Yarbrough

Melinda Franks Yarbrough passed away peacefully on October 27, 2021, with her husband, Alex by her side. She was 55 years old; born in Wuerzburg, Germany on June 2, 1966, to proud parents Dwayne and Paula Franks. Melinda grew up in the Midland area and spent the last several years in Gardendale. She was preceded in death by her father, Dwayne Franks and two sons, Roy Dwayne and Bobby Alexander Yarbrough, brother-in-law, Kevin Dietderich, as well as grandparents. She is survived by immediate family; husband, Alex Yarbrough; her mother, Paula Franks; sister, Rhonda Franks Dietderich; all of Gardendale and daughter Jacqulin Civello of Odessa. Melinda possessed the sweetest soul and a beautiful, dimpled smile we will all miss dearly. Only her love of family could match the love she had for her many beloved pets. A memorial service will be held at West Kentucky Street Baptist Church on November 6th, 2021 at 12:00 Pm with Brother Bob Porterfield officiating.
