Rene Lujan

Rene Lujan, 50, of Midland, Texas passed away on August 27, 2022, in Midland. Rene was born August 14, 1972, in Alpine, Texas to Ruben and Benita Lujan. He went to school at Midland High School. He married Claudia Jordan on September 22, 1992, in Midland. He worked as a welder for many years. He was also a jack of all trades, but a master of none. Rene was preceded in death by Mother Benita G. Lujan, Brother Ruben (Babe) Lujan Jr. Rene is survived by Wife Claudia, Son Rene Jr. (Sarah), Daughter Jamie Daniela, Brother Rafael Lujan (Diana), Sister Roxana Lujan, Father Ruben Q. Lujan, Grandson Matthew Lujan, Granddaughter Natalie Lujan, Nephews Jeremy and Jonathan Lujan, Bryan Lujan and Andres Benavides, and Niece Alondra Ornelas. Pallbearers will be Rafael Lujan, Bryan Lujan, Arturo Lujan Jr., Jeremy Lujan, Hector Velez, and Baltazar Urias. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 30, 2022, from 1pm-8pm with a Rosary beginning at 7pm at Willowbrook Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral mass will be held at 10am on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at San Miguel Arcangel Catholic Church with Father Patrick Akpanobong officiating. Interment will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens.
