Ron was my immedite operations manager when first went to work for Hanover in 1990 and he was a good one, fair but firm. Beside me, Ron had the daunting task of managing McGhan, Chet and Bradford (along with several others) all at the same time. Ron was quite knowledgable of the "West Texas" way of doing business and with this experience and "can do attitude," helped get Hanover on the map in a big way. It was an honor working for you Ron.
