1983 - 2021

Tamyra Lashaye Andrews was born December 14, 1983 in Midland Texas to Craig Johnson Sr. and the late Josephine Johnson. She attended school at Midland High where she graduated and went on to attend cosmetology school at Midland College. She was employed with Mr. Payroll for multiple years. Tamyra was a fashionista that enjoyed spending time and planning all of her family gatherings and events. Myra spent her spare time building her brand Goldie Minks. Tamyra was proceeded in death by Billy and Ella Mae Andrews and Joe and Claudia Johnson. She was also proceeded in death by her "Chicken Lady" Josephine Johnson, her two aunts Debra (Di'Kaye) Andrews, Barbara (Boppa) Posey, one Uncle Billy (Scrapiron) Galloway and her two cousins Billy (Billbo) Galloway and Dejuan (D.A.) Andrews. She leaves to cherish her companion Jessie (JJ) Johnson, her father Craig (CJ) Johnson Sr, her three brothers Craig Johnson Jr, Jaquan (Jq) Andrews(Shelly), and Christopher (Wooba) Johnson (LaPaul), two sisters Aashia Wooden(David) and Kimberly White. Her three nieces Asia Andrews, Jayla Andrews, KK Johnson and a nephew Adevonte Johnson as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation will be held Friday September 3, 2021 at Avalos-Sanchez and Thomas Funeral Home from 9:00am to 7:00 pm. Family will be receiving of friends from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Funeral service will be held Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Stonegate Fellowship, 6000 W. Wadley, Midland TX, starting at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at Resthaven North Cemetery.
