Ted H. Benton, 82, of Midland passed from this life on May 26, 2024, in Fort Worth, Texas. A viewing will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2024, from 6-8 PM at American Heritage Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 31, 2024, 10:00 AM at American Heritage Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest privately in Resthaven North Memorial Park in Midland. Arrangements are entrusted to American Heritage Cemetery Funeral Home Crematory.

I knew Ted from junior high school on. He was a fine man and a good friend to all who knew him. I am truly sad to read of his passing. He joins a host of MHS classmates and old football buddies who will be welcoming him.

44 years of friendship. Greenwood Baptist Church brothers in christ, together on Board of Trustees , Greenwood ISD. There was a group of 6 couples of us that took care of the youth group at church and did something for the kids on Sunday evenings before church. So many wonderful memories of Ted and the Benton Family.
