I am deeply saddened by the passing of Mr. Sloan. I'll always remember him warmly and feel lucky that I had the pleasure of knowing him. We enjoyed his visits to the Greenhill campus so very much!

Tom, Katie & Daniel, your dad was a Presence in the world. Man there better be hunting & fishing up there or God's gonna hear about it! My sorrows are with yours today.

I send my most sincere condolences. I have some fond memories of Mr. Sloan, and although I had not talked to him in some time he did come to my mind from time to time. I will always have gratitude towards him and all he has done and accomplished.

I grew up getting to go hunting with Mr. Sloan on many an occasion. To me, that was as good as it could get.
He was the type of man that I imagine came from the same mold as those who built this country years ago. We can sure some more like him.
I will always remember him smiling, laughing that deep laugh from his belly and yes, wearing shooting glasses.

Big Tom has always been my Hero. Just ahead of Sam Houston on my list of 2. I can see his grin in my minds eye right now. He is wearing shooting glasses. David Dunbar, Tomball Texas

Tom was One-of-a-Kind! He was our first Midland friend 47 years ago and continued through the years as our stock broker, hunting buddy, and fishing companion. We will miss him. Condolences to the family.
