Ellen McFarlane Obituary
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ellen Vernell Nunnally McFarlane on Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2024, at the age of 75. A service of worship and celebration of Vernell's life will be held on Monday, Oct. 14, at 2 p.m. at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy, with the Rev. Robbie Vance officiating. Burial will follow in the Haynes Family Cemetery in Fancy Gap, VA. The family will receive friends on Monday, Oct. 14, from 12:30 until 2 p.m. at the funeral home. www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
