Iris June Changes, age 74, of Mount Airy, passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born on May 11, 1943 in Maitland, West Virginia, to the late Garnet Charles Moore and Mildred Ruth Waller Moore. Mrs. Changes is survived by her loving husband, Jerry Lee Changes; a son, Michael Lee Changes; a brother, David C. Moore; and a sister Mildred Cody. She was predeceased by her parents; four sisters; and two brothers. A funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2017 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home at 3 p.m. with Bro. Donnie Hooker officiating. Interment will follow in Skyline Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on one hour prior to the service.
