I never had the privilege to meet Iris, but I have read many of her beautiful, heartfelt poems. Through her poems you can sense the love she held in her heart for her Jesus, her Lord and Savior. Loretta, I just seen this tonight, I know she was ready for her heavenly Home. Our thoughts and prayers for all of you.

The deepest sympathies can not even begin to express the loss of this great person, Iris Willis, but knowing that we shall see her again someday is what makes us smile through the tears. She welcomed me with open arms into this family and she will welcome us all with open arms when we drop anchor and go ashore for the last time.

What a precious angel we now have to look over us. With the death of Iris, a mountain of family history and stories have passed. My daughter will miss being called Nancy Scarlett on every visit. Iris will be so deeply missed. Love to you all.

Our revels now are ended. These our actors,
As I foretold you, were all spirits and
Are melted into air, into thin air:
And, like the baseless fabric of this vision,
The cloud-capp'd towers, the gorgeous palaces,
The solemn temples, the great globe itself,
Yea, all which it inherit, shall dissolve
And, like this insubstantial pageant faded,
Leave not a rack behind. We are such stuff
As dreams are made on, and our little life
Is rounded with a sleep.
