On Friday February 4, 2022 with his beloved wife Sue and his children Robert and CathiJo by his side, Andrew A Neff, 85, cast his final fishing line into the great lake of life. Born on October 13, 1936 in Sheridan, WY to Albert and Agnes Neff. The eldest of two boys, Andrew grew up in Wyoming where he helped with farm work and participated in several high school activities including; debate team, poultry judging & farm mechanics. He joined the Army where he served for two years as a cook. He was very proud of this accomplishment. He married Donna Mortensen in 1958 in Park County Montana. From this union of 45 years they had 6 children. Andrew and Donna lived in various places where he worked road construction. In 1964 a friend asked him to help with a quick job at Stauffer Chemical. He ended up staying for the next 35 years. 30 of those years were spent as a supervisor until he walked out the door for one last time in 1999. On June 11, 2004 Andrew married his best friend, the love of his life, Sue. From this union Andrew gained his stepson Scott Schollmeyer. Andrew and Sue spent the last 18 years enjoying every moment they could together. They loved spending summers at Canyon Ferry and taking many camping and road trips with family. Andrew had a passion for camping, fishing, hunting, gardening, reading novels, woodworking, word puzzles, playing FreeCell solitaire and bird watching and he loved his dogs. Andrew and Sue shared a love of all holidays especially Christmas. They always went above and beyond to make sure their home was merry and bright. Together they enjoyed welcoming five great-grandchildren into this world. He is survived by his wife Sue Neff, children Robert Neff, Steven Workman, Christina Stiff, CathiJo Neff, stepson Scott Schollmeyer, grandchildren Andrew (Tayvah) Stiff, Amanda (Kody & Hallie) Tracy, Chaz-Rick and Daughter-in-law Shelly Neff, Randy (Joanne, Declan, Quinne & Lukas) Stiff, Nathan Neff and Son-in-law Delbert (Huck) Finn, numerous nieces and nephews and In-laws Barry & Sharon Farve, Kenneth (Buck) & Denise Johnson and James (JT) Henry.
