Grace Rae Endy
May 29, 1939 - May 23, 2024
Grace Rae Endy passed away Thursday, May 23, 2024 at the Copper Ridge in Butte. She was born in Reading, Pennsylvania, Monday, May 29, 1939, the youngest of 13 children to Mayberry and Mabel (Ray) Reichart.
Grace was raised and educated in Pennsylvania and was united in marriage with William R. Endy in Hyde Park, Pennsylvania on January 4, 1956. Together they moved their family to Butte in 1970 where Bill worked as a lineman for the Monana Power Company. Grace worked various jobs but her most important job was being a wife and mother to five children.
Grace was an active member of the Daughters of the Nile and Ruth Chapter # 2, Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed league bowling at Marty's Bowling Alley and loved baseball. She was a huge fan of the L A Dodgers and the Pittsburg Steelers. She enjoyed family camping trips and loved spending time with her many grandchildren. She was a member of the Abundant Life Fellowship Church.
Grace is preceded in death by her husband, William Endy who passed away in 2003, her parents, son-in-law, Rick Lyons, granddaughter, Madison Rae and 11 siblings.
Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law: Kim and Michael Forkapa of Bozeman, Fawn Lyons of Butte; sons and daughters-in-law: William and Shari Endy of Billings, Todd and Dominique Endy of Butte and Eric and Dottie Endy of Elko, Nevada. Also surviving are 21 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren including three expectant great-grandchildren and her brother and sister-in-law: Paul and Char Reichart of Idaho.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be conducted Friday, June 14th at 12 noon in the Abundant Life Fellowship Center with Pastor Tim Moslander officiating. A reception will follow at the Depot. Memorials may be made to the Shrine Hospital for Children, the Abundant Life Fellowship Center or to a charity of the donor's choice.

Eric and family I just saw where Grace passed 1 month after my mom did. My condolences are with you all. She was one of the special women I had ever met. Your family are amazing and very special. Love and hugs! Kelley Kingston!

Sorry for your loss, Grace and Bill were special people ... still remember waking up in your Mother´s bathtub after we built and tried out the refrigerator converted to hold and tap for keg in the garage on Iron street. Grateful for their friendship
