Today was not goodbye, Grams but see you soon. Love you forever and ever! The picture I posted was the last one we took together, it sits on my bookshelf already but I’ll carry it with me forever. I. love. You!

Lulu, we love you. We will miss you so much. My mom will be so glad to see you! You have been like a second mother to me and Joanie loved you so much.
You gave my mom a best friend and you introduced Dan to my dad so my dad would have one too. You brought furry little dogs and cute grandbabies and laughter and faith into our lives. Everywhere you were love was and life was. And food, lots of good, homemade food. I will have chips and salsa and do my nails in your honor, wear satin pajamas camping and be the customer that the thrift store employee asks "Are you shopping or dropping off?" When I can find your wedding picture or the one where you are rubbing Shasta's belly I will post them. They are somewhere around here. None of us will ever be the same without you but your love lives on in our lives. I guess I will choose "friend" in the drop-down under "relationship" since they don't have "framily" or "fairy god-daughter". Thank you. Thank you for letting us be part of your life. We will see you when we get there.
