MUSCATINE-Wendi S. Doak, 51, of Muscatine, passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at her home. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 2, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services of Muscatine. Interment will be held in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 4:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in Wendi's name. Sympathy notes may be left for the family at www.sandhfuneralservice.com.
Wendi Sue Doak was born on March 25, 1971 in Muscatine, Iowa, the daughter of John L. and Judy (Blake) Doak. Wendi had worked for Blaine's Farm & Fleet for several years. She enjoyed playing card games, trivia nights, watching movies and spending time with her grandchildren.
Wendi will be deeply missed by her son, Zach (Nicole) Doak of Muscatine; two grandchildren, Avery and Brayden; parents, John and Judy Doak of Muscatine; sister, Sally Stegall of Muscatine; nephew, Jacob Stegall of Muscatine; niece, Jennifer (Nathan) Nickel of Alaska, formerly Muscatine and great niece, Murphy Nickel of Alaska, many friends and co-workers.
Wendi was preceded in death by her brother, John H. Doak and her maternal and paternal grandparents.

We just learned of Wendi's passing, and am saddened for her family. We think of her as a courageous woman in the difficult battle with cancer. We will miss her fun laugh and smile in our euchere games. May God comfort you in losing such a beautiful woman.
