To my brother Gene. You and Jim always told me on my birthday that I would never catch up to you ( in reference) to our ages. Well brother I will come,Dec. 30 2025. Lord willing I will be 89. I will cherish that memory. I am grieving the loss of my husband of 69 years come Dec. 22 this year. To my family I tell you all that I love you and wish I could have been with you on this day. The news that Gene passed on the17th. and Larry on the 16th. was such a heartache, leaning hard into the Lord these day's. Rest well Gene. Sister Cookie

My wife and I always enjoyed talking with Gene about his collection of cars and family when we visited him as we stored our car in his building filled with his memories. May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. He was a wonderful man.

My heartfelt condolences to Gene's family and close friends. I had Gene as a pedicure client at the Whitelake Senior center for many of his last years. I always enjoyed our time together chatting and laughing. He was a very nice man.
He will be missed.
