Herbert Kinman Obituary
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, Feb. 21, at the Family Worship Center, 2520 Highway 227 in Carrollton with Bro. David Woosley and the Rev. Pat Butcher officiating. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 20, at the church. Interment will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton. Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home in Carrollton was entrusted with the arrangements.
Mr. Kinman was born Sept. 21, 1950, in Gallatin County, Ky. to Leona Shelton Kinman of Carrollton and the late Charles William Kinman.
He was the owner/operator of the Herb Kinman Chevrolet Dealership in Carrollton. He was a member of Worthville Baptist Church in Worthville, Ky.
Survivors include two daughters, Becky Kinman and Brenda Kinman both of Carrollton; one son, Matt Kinman of Louisville, Ky.; mother, Leona Shelton Kinman of Carrollton; four sisters, Millie Proctor, Linda Robbins both of Carrollton, Joyce Backus of Canaan, Ind., and Sherry O'Neal of Madison, Ind.; one brother, Danny Kinman of Carrollton; and two grandchildren, Case Craig and Jayden Kinman both of Carrollton. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles William Kinman; a son, Jeffery Dale Kinman; a sister, Janie Smith, three brothers, Ronnie Kinman, Gary Ray Kinman and Jerry Lee Kinman.
Memorial contributions may be made to The Herb Kinman Memorial Scholarship Fund in care of Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home, 809 Highland Avenue, Carrollton, KY 41008. Online condolences may be made via the funeral home's website, www.tandyecklerrileyfuneralhome.com.

Herb Kinman was one of a kind. I told him The Lord " broke the mold and then made Herb" He will be greatly missed here, but he is at home with Jesus now. I know he would want us to keep on keepin on down here. He is now able to sing like his friend George Jones (maybe). I am praying for you in the family. He loves his children. I know all of his fiends and employees will miss Herb. I will pray for Carolyn his right hand for many years. My health will not allow me to make the drive to the funeral,
but I pray that God will give you strength and grace to make it through this loss. God bless.
