AGE: 84 • Iselin

Anthony F. D'Amico, 84, of Iselin passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2014 in the JFK Medical Center, Edison.

Funeral is from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Avenue, Roselle Park at 8:45am Thursday. A Funeral Mass will be offered in the Church of the Assumption in Roselle Park, NJ at 10am. Interment will follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia, NJ. Visitation is 4 to 8pm on Wednesday. For online condolences to the family please go to www.mastapeterfuneralhome.com

Born in Elizabeth, Mr. D'Amico was raised in Roselle Park, before moving to Iselin 52 years ago. He was a truck driver for IML Freight Co. in Elizabeth for 35 years, retiring in 1983. Mr. D'Amico was a member of the American Legion in Iselin. He served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean War.

Mr. D'Amico is predeceased by his dear sister, the late Mary Signorelli. Surviving is his devoted wife of 59 years, Constance (nee Vancio) D'Amico; a loving son, Anthony D'Amico Jr. and his wife Sherri; a loving daughter, Darlene Kenny and her husband Charles; three dear brothers, Carmen, Salvatore and Frank D'Amico; a dear sister, Frances Maire; five adored grandchildren, Craig, Alex, Lyndsay, Alyssa and Jessica. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
