Anthony Levash Obituary

Anthony T. Levash

Middlesex - Anthony T. "Tony" Levash, 72, passed away on November 18, 2018 at his residence with his loving family at his bedside. Born in West Hazleton, PA to the late Stanley and Frances Levash, he has been a resident of Middlesex since 1970.

An Honorably Discharged Veteran of the United States Air Force, Tony was discharged in 1970 at the rank of Sergeant. After many years with the NJ Department of Environmental Protection, Tony retired as an accountant in 2010.

Tony enjoyed music, gardening, and had many fish tanks over the years. He was an avid sports fan; he rooted for the Phillies and Super Bowl Champion Eagles and wore his Championship hat proudly. He loved to travel and took many trips with his wife to see National Parks, always bringing back plenty of souvenirs for everyone. He was passionate about Naval History and collected several naval battleships in which he proudly displayed them in his home.

Predeceased by his brother Stanley in 2010, Tony leaves behind his loving and devoted family; wife Brenda with whom he recently celebrated fifty years of marriage together; their daughter Lorraine and partner Damon Montesano; daughter Karen and husband Dave Wick; and son Steven and wife Kristin . Tony also leaves behind seven grandchildren; Adam, Jake, Samantha, Trent, Quinn, Grant and Violet, and his sister Dolores as well as several nieces and nephews.

At the request of Tony's family, all services have been private. In lieu of flowers any donations may be made in his memory to the Salvation Army. To send online condolences to his family, please visit www.MIddlesexFuneralHome.com
