Antonetta Gambino Rajnak

AGE: 87 • Middlesex

Antonetta Gambino Rajnak, 87, of Middlesex passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at her home in Middlesex. Born in Sicily, Italy on March 20, 1925 to Antonino and Giulia (Armetta) Troia, she moved to Middlesex in 1953. Mrs. Rajnak moved to the U.S., became a citizen and then brought her family from Italy to reside in Middlesex. She was a seamstress for 10 years and a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church in Middlesex. Antonetta enjoyed cooking and gardening.

Mrs. Rajnak was predeceased by her first husband, Frank Gambino and her second husband, Andrew Rajnak and her three brothers, Calogero, Antonino and Lorenzo, she is survived by her four sisters, Antonina Troia of Middlesex, Maria Cocetta Bonello of Bound Brook, Giovanna Di Maggio of Middlesex and Santa Di Maggio of Dunellen.

Funeral services will begin at 8:30am on Saturday at the Middlesex Funeral Home, 528 Bound Brook Rd., Middlesex followed by a 9:30 am Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church in Middlesex. Entombment will follow in Resurrection Burial Park, Piscataway. Visitation hours will be on Friday from 2-4pm & 7-9pm at the funeral home. Condolences may be sent to www.middlesexfuneralhome.com.
