Antonio Cuppari

AGE: 83 • Eatontown

Antonio Cuppari, 83, a 35 year Eatontown resident, formerly of Long Branch, died Tuesday, Sept.r 10, 2013, at St. Barnabas Hospice at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch. Antonio was born in Italy to the late Pasquale and Maria Rosa (Putruele) Cuppari. He was an Oceanport public works employee prior to his retirement. Antonio was also a communicant of St. Dorothea's R.C. Church in Eatontown.

He was predeceased by his parents, and in 1994 by his beloved wife, Caterina. Antonio is survived by his daughter, Rosa Cuppari also of Eatontown; brothers, Giuseppe Cuppari and wife Elizabeth of Long Branch and Agostino and wife Caterina of West Long Branch, and nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 15 at the Braun Funeral Home, 106 Broad St., Eatontown. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 16 at St. Dorothea's R.C. Church in Eatontown. Interment will take place at a later date at Panaia Di Splinga Cemetery in Italy. Memorial donations may be made in Antonio's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148-0142.
