Aretha "Rita" Cephers

New Brunswick

Aretha "Rita" Cephers of New Brunswick, NJ passed away peacefully at Lutheran Care in Moorestown, NJ on Friday, May 24, 2013. Rita was a long time member of Sharon Baptist Church. She retired from the city of New Brunswick Tax Collection Office in January 1988.

Rita was predeceased by her parents, Dennis and Lillian Potter; 7 siblings; former husband, Harry Latney; husband, Samuel Cephers; son, Harry R. Latney. Left to cherish her memory are three granddaughters, Paula Jackson, Dina Perry, Linda Schwartz and five great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00am Friday, May 31, at Sharon Baptist Church, 25 Howard St., New Brunswick. Calling hours will be at the church from 10-11am Friday. Arrangements by Anderson Funeral Service, New Brunswick.
