Christian Peterson Obituary
AGE: 63 • Monroe
Christian R. Peterson, 63 of Monroe Township, passed away Friday December 9th, 2011 at home. Born in Perth Amboy, he lived in Cliffwood Beach before moving to Monroe 35 years ago. He served his country in the United States Army. Christian was employed with the Old Bridge Board of Education as a courier for 35 years. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved cooking, the New York Yankees, and Giants.
Christian was predeceased by his wife Kathleen and his father, Harvey Peterson. He is survived by his children, Christy Gregoire and her husband Larry of Morganville, Dennis and his wife Mizuki of Edison, and Greg of Monroe; his mother, Mary Peterson of Cliffwood Beach; his siblings, Alan of Phoenix AZ, Richard of Cliffwood Beach, Carl of Lakehurst, and Janice Hausmann of Cliffwood; and his grandchildren, Anthony, Lauren, Nicholas, Hana and Taiki.
Family and friends are invited Monday, December 12th, 2011, 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport; and Tuesday, 9:30 AM at the funeral home, with a 10 AM service at the funeral home.
