Denise Smith Obituary
AGE: 59 • Port Monmouth
Denise Lynn Smith, 59, of Port Monmouth, passed away Sunday, Aug. 14, 2011, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Denise will be remembered for her love of animals.
Denise was predeceased by her sister, Penny. She is survived by a son, Storm Horton and her mother, Bernice Smith, both of Oceanport.
All services are private. Thompson Memorial Home, was entrusted with her care. Please make a memorial donation in Denise's memory to the SPCA, 260 Wall St., Eatontown, NJ 07724.
