Eileen Dowd Obituary
AGE: 94 • Iselin
Eileen Marie Dowd, of the Iselin section of Woodbridge Township died on Tuesday, November 8, 2016. She was 94 years old. Born in Newark, she resided in Iselin since 1952. Mrs. Dowd was a communicant of St. Cecelia's RC Church, Iselin.
She was predeceased by her husband Harold Dowd who died in 1992, two brothers Edward Jr. and Walter Zepf. She is survived by a daughter Marilyn Datz and her husband John; three sons Gary and his wife June, Kenneth and his wife Anita, Robert and his wife Lucille; three grandchildren Christina, Brian and his wife Melissa, and Alaina.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm Friday, November 11 at Costello-Runyon Funeral Home 1225 Green St. (corner of Cooper Ave.) Iselin. The funeral will take place 9:30 Am Saturday, November 12 from the funeral home, followed by a 10:00 Am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Cecelia's RC Church. Interment will be at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association (alz.org/). To send condolences please visit costello-runyon.com.

Marilyn and John, I am so very sorry to learn of Eileen's passing. She lived a long life, knew she was loved, and is now at rest in the arms of angels. Kathy and I send you both and your families our deepest sympathies at this sad time. We will keep her in out thoughts and prayers.
