Florence Boccippio Obituary
AGE: 86 • Edison
Florence C. Boccippio, 86, of Edison, passed away Monday, February 1, 2016 at her home. Mrs. Boccippio was born in Perth Amboy to the late John and Frances Sucheski and had lived in Edison for the last sixty-two years. Florence was employed as an assembler with Revlon in Edison for ten years before her retirement in 1992. She was a member of the Our Lady of Peace RC Church in Fords. She was also a former Columbiette with the Knights of Columbus Don Bosco Council in Port Reading.
She was predeceased by her husband Frank W. Boccippio Sr. in 2011 and also by four sisters and two brothers. She is survived by her son: Frank W. Boccippio Jr. and his wife Sally of Colts Neck, her daughter: Bernadette Riordan and her husband James of Kendall Park, three grandchildren, Dennis and Daniel Boccippio and Stephanie Riordan and also many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday 9:30 am at the Mitruska Funeral Home, 531 New Brunswick Ave. Fords. Followed by a 10 am mass in the Our Lady of Peace RC Church also in Fords. Entombment will follow in the Woodbridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Woodbridge. Visitation hours will be held Friday from 4 pm to 8 pm at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
