Frank S. Siano

Monroe Township - Frank Stephen Siano, 67, of Monroe Township passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 28th at his home.

Born in New York City, Frank was raised in Carteret and lived in Monroe for many years before relocating to Suwanee, Georgia. He returned to Monroe in 2018. He received his Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and his Masters in Business Administration from Rider University. He was an accomplished engineer with several technology companies throughout his 45 year career and was the holder of numerous patents. He enjoyed tinkering with and restoring classic cars and engines and playing golf. He was very involved in his sons' school athletics in their youth and he coached their soccer teams. He was also fond of their Westie, Daisy. Above all, Frank was deeply devoted to his family, especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Geraldine (Roman) Siano of Monroe; his sons, Michael Siano and his wife Lindsay, of New York City, NY, and Stephen Siano and his wife Dana, of Succasunna, NJ; his parents, Vincent and Gloria Siano; his sisters, Angela Dolan and her husband David and, Audrey Crance; and, his grandchildren, Sage, Avery and Logan; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will begin at 9:15 AM Thursday from Spotswood Funeral Home, 475 Main Street, Spotswood, followed by a 10:15 AM Mass of Christian Burial at Immaculate Conception Church, Spotswood. Cremation will be private. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Funeral Home.
