Gerald Kosztur Obituary
AGE: 53 • New Bern, NC
Gerald John Kosztur Sr., 53, loving and dedicated father, grandfather and husband, passed away on Monday, Nov. 10, 2014. He loved fishing and hunting. He is formerly of Monmouth County, NJ.
He is survived by his mother, Patricia Kosztur of Greenville, NC; his son, Gerald John Kosztur, Jr. of New Bern, NC; his daughters, Heather Lynn Kosztur of New Bern, NC and Kristina Ann Kosztur of Newport, NC; his brothers, Robert Kosztur of New Bern, NC, Ernest Kosztur of Oklahoma and Michael Kosztur of Greenville, NC; two grandchildren, Michael Maxximus Mullinax and Kian Andrew Kosztur; and his loving ex-wife, Kathryn Kosztur.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 15, 2014 at Cotten Funeral Home chapel. The family will receive friends following the service at Cotten Funeral Home. Arrangements are by Cotten Funeral Home & Crematory. Online condolences may be made to the Kosztur family at www.cottenfuneralhome.com.

So sad to hear of Jerry's passing. Such a kind and sweet man. Even as a child, the best behaved of the four little "rascals". The older brother who looked after not only his little brothers, his well-loved children, but also his Mom.

I will always remember the times uncle Gerry taking me on his delivery routes. I had such a great time as a kid tagging along with him. He always spoiled his nephew. I wish I was able to see him more as an adult. Love you Uncle Gerry.
