Grace Kovacs Obituary
AGE: 106 • Mifflinburg Pa; formerly of Fords and Edison
Grace Kovacs, 106, of Mifflinburg, entered into rest Tuesday, May 23, 2017, at her home.
She was born November 15, 1910, in Donora, Pennsylvania. In 1929, she married Robert M. Kovacs, who preceded her in death in 1954.
Grace graduated from Donora High School in 1928. On a trip to New Jersey, she met her husband Bob. They lived in Fords and Edison, New Jersey. In 2008, Grace moved back to Pennsylvania to live with her daughter and son-in-law in Mifflinburg.
Surviving are four children and their spouses, Grace and Eugene Antol, Joan and Raymond Peterson, Robert and Kathleen Kovacs, and Geraldine and Walter Dworak; one son-in-law, Ernest Toth; 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Roberta Toth; and two grandsons, Scott and gene.
The funeral will take place on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home (www.Costello-greiner.com), 44 Green Street at Barron Avenue, Woodbridge. Interment will follow at Cloverleaf Memorial Park, Woodbridge. Visiting hours will be on Tuesday morning from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to either the Mifflinburg Ambulance Assoc. 104 Chestnut St. Mifflinburg, PA 17844, or the Penns Creek Adult Resource Center, P.O. Box 212, Richard Rd., Penns Creek, PA 17862.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Grace Kovacs. I felt she was the Matriach of the Kovacs Family. My name I s "Pinky" Patricia Nagy Schuck. I'm unable to attend services, but still have memories of family talking about her from my Grandmother , Elizabeth Kovacs Nagy and My Aunt Betty Nagy Dellapietro who will be 99 in July. My father Emery Jim Nagy is gone as sis my brother Bob Nagy. Sorry for your loss.

We are sorry for your loss. When we lived in Edison and spent a lot of time with the Dworak's, Grace always made wonderful pies and cakes. She was a lovely person.
