AGE: 67 • Matawan
Jadwiga Nawrocka, 67, of Matawan, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. She was born in Gogolin, Poland. Jadwiga is survived by her 3 children: Dariusz Urbanowicz and his wife Anna, Radoslaw Urbanowicz and his wife Urszula, and Anna Krol and her husband Khris. Also her 5 grandchildren.
Services will take place on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at 9:30 A.M. at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki, Home for Funerals, 467 State St., Perth Amboy, followed by a 10:00 A.M. Mass at John Paul II Parish at St Stephen's Church, Perth Amboy. Cremation will be private.
