Port Monmouth
James H. Lambert III,"Jalil", peacefully departed to be with the Lord on Saturday, Aug. 22, 2015. Born on Oct. 7, 1971 in Plainfield, he was a resident of Port Monmouth. James was employed with Action Staffing Group, where he served as Director of Operations. James was a family man who had a genuine desire to help others. He was predeceased by his parents, Martha and Harold, and his brothers, Todd and David. He is survived by his wife, Karyn Lambert; his children, Rashad Lambert-Smith, Jashanae Day-Lambert, Ebony Lambert-Smith, Dat Lambert and Jalyn Lambert; his siblings, Jeffrey (Trina) Waller, Albert (Dean) Waller, Audrey (Perry) Bonds, Lillian Waller, and Frances (Robert) Lambert Clark. A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until noon Friday, Aug. 28 at Ruth Fellowship Ministries, 733 South 2nd St., Plainfield. The funeral service will begin at noon, immediately following the viewing hours. Childs Funeral Home, Red Bank, is in charge of arrangements.

Love you both, I send love, strength and prayers your way. You are a strong woman and will weather this Strom. Rest peacefully Jalil, you were one of the coolest, realist guys I've ever met. Glad I got the chance to get to know you, laugh with you and share one of the greatest moments of your life your wedding day.
