Jason Mink Obituary
Middlesex - Jason "Minker" Mink, 44, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer in the early hours of August 3, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Elizabeth, he spent most of his life in Middlesex.
Most recently, Jason worked in Sales for Enterprise located in Raritan. An avid sports fan, he loved the NY Giants and Mets. Jason was an animal lover, and quite often made donations of his time and supplies to the Plainfield Area Humane Society. He had a way to make everyone feel special and loved. Jason enjoyed quiet time on the beach and watching the ocean.
He is predeceased by his father David Mink and his grandmother "Nanny" Janet Lieb. Jason leaves behind his loving family; son Nicholas, mother Noel Lieb, fiancé Elizabeth Cerebe, step-son Zack, mother-in-law Kit Kat all of Middlesex and half-brothers Jonathon and Andrew Mink of Piscataway. He will be missed dearly by all his extended friends and family; especially his aunt Victoria and uncle Joseph Sake.
Jason was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church in Middlesex. Visitation will be held at Middlesex Funeral Home, 528 Bound Brook Road, Middlesex, NJ 08846 on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 from 4-7pm and on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 beginning 8:45 am. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 9:15 am followed by a 10:00 am Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church. Burial will be held at Resurrection Burial Park in Piscataway.
