John Kozo Obituary
Woodbridge
John J. Kozo Jr., of Freehold, passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold. He was born in Woodbridge in 1944, and settled in Freehold in 1972. John was predeceased by his father, John Kozo in 1967, and mother, Irene Kozo in 1998. He is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Carol Kozo of Freehold: four children, John Kozo III and wife Carrie of Maryland, Luisa Kozo of Florida, Howard Shapiro of Freehold and Meredith Shapiro of Florida; four grandchildren, Corbin and Ashleigh Kozo of Maryland, Tyler and Madison Shapiro of Michigan; one sister, Barbara Dilkes of Beach Haven and one aunt, Anne Mahoney of Woodbridge. Visitation will be held at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Friday, December 4, 2015 from 4:00pm - 7:00pm followed by a funeral service at 7:00pm.
