JOSEPH CUCCHIARA
AGE: 57 EDISON
Joseph Cucchiara, 57, of Edison, died Thursday, May 27, 2010, at his home. He was born in Newark and had resided in Edison for the last 30 years. He was recently employed as a salesman with Duplitron Inc. of Roselle, prior to that he had been employed with Onboard Chemical Co. in Raritan Center in Edison, and before that with ATT of Holmdel, as a Designer Engineer.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Janice (Casimiro) Cucchiara and his two daughters, Nicole and Lisa; his two sisters, Sheryl Cucchiara of Lyndhurst and Christine (& Dino) Spadavecchia of Newark; his brother, Thomas Cucchiara of Newark and his mother-in-law Mary Casimiro.
Funeral Services will be 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 2, 2010, at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, followed by a 9 a.m. Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace R.C. Church Fords. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 1, 2010, from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. Contributions may be made in his memory to either the American Cancer Society or Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center Edison.
