i am so sorry to just be hearing about this. I took accordion lessons from Mr. Monchek from 1962 through 1968. I had the chance to see him again about 10 years ago while he was playing with a band in the Middlesex county summer concerts in the park. I joked with him about taking lessons again. So many good memories Rest In peace, you deserve it.

I just came across this--- Mr. Monchek was my accordion teacher as a child. I have sweet memories of him and was sad to see that he had passed. He also played at my wedding in 1978. Rest in peace, Mr. Monchek.

Deepest sympathy...Joe Monchek was our daughters' music instructor for a number of years in the 1980s...We have many fond memories of him.
Condolences to the family from the Grau family.

Living in East Brunswick cousin Joey and I would see one another quite often. Loved our talks and time spent together, especially some very precious ones that are special between the two of us. I'll share a sweet memory Joey told me years after our Alisha had died, "Susan, I still have that Mickey Mouse sticker on my jacket in honor of your daughter".
Rest in Paradise...I'll See You On The Other Side...
Love, Susan

Joey and I grew up together almost like brother and sister. My heart is broken by his loss. He is and was so loved. My memories are many from visiting Sister Raphael as kids to just a few weeks ago when we spoke and laughed together and he said he loved me and I said I loved him. I knew in my heart it would be the last time we would speak. Love you with all my heart, Joey. As ever, Bernie+
