Karen Krzywicki McCormack

AGE: 61 • Sayreville

Karen Krzywicki McCormack, age 61, of Sayreville passed away Friday, March 9, 2012 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, with her loving family at her side. Born in New Brunswick, she was raised in Sayreville moving to Pennsylvania, Ohio, Washington and Oregon before moving back to Sayreville in 2001. Before her retirement 10 years ago, she was employed as a real estate agent in Oregon and before that as a Natural Health Food representative. Karen was an avid pet lover and was an antique collector and dealer.

She is predeceased by her parents, Benjamin & Elsie Krzywicki; her sister, Diane E. Dukay; her niece, Kathleen Kriss and her nephew and his wife, Matthew & Doreen Kriss. Surviving are her brother, Ben Kriss and his former wife, Constance Kriss and her nieces and nephews, Cami Dukay, Debra Zub, Michael Kriss and Daniel Kriss and his wife Holly.

Funeral services will be held Monday, 11am at the Maliszewski Memorial Home, 121 Main Street, Sayreville with burial to follow at Saint Ann's Cemetery, Wall. Calling hours at the funeral home will be Monday from 9am to 11am. Letters of condolence may be sent to the family at www.maliszewskimemorialhome.com
