I remember Mrs. McGowan. She was a lovely, lovely woman.
My mother worked at the Plainfield Public Library for years and I remember whenever my mother returned East for a visit, she would visit with Mrs. McGowan and several other from the library staff. I have some photos of Mrs. McGowan that perhaps the family would like to have.

What a wonderful lady! My mom, Alice Meden, worked with Lillian for many, many years at the library. My sympathies to your entire family.
